Tropics Mobile Home Park Park Matters

This site is for issues that concern us here in the Tropics. For instance "798.37.5 TREES AND DRIVEWAYS of the M.H. Residency Law" sets out the subject of trees and driveways. The Palm Trees link elaborates more on the issue of the Palm tree issue with comments by the HCD Director.

The "Assistance Directory" contains a link to The Bay Area Legal Aid Organization.  If you click on the services tab they give you the phone # for Free Legal Aid for Alameda County (510) 250-5270. If you click on "FIND HELP IN YOUR AREA" to left of the page you find aid to other issues that may affect you such as Public Benefits, Civil Rights, Health, and other issues facing Seniors over 60. Other matters are also addressed.
